simple Online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.
- Our Online RMA system allows our customers even
easier RMA requests than ever.
- Send an E-mail to rma@carblitesolutions.com with
the Subject Heading: “RMA Request for Order Number: (Please insert your
order number here)
- In the body, include the item(s), verify the quantity
and give us a detailed explanation for the return or defect description.
- You're almost done! We will process the RMA and give
you an RMA number along with all the instructions you will need to send
the item(s) back to Carb Lite Solutions for processing the RMA.
- Some rules to follow:
- Only one type of RMA (refund or replacement)
per RMA number issued. If on the same invoice you want a refund for item A
and replacement for item B, you need to request 2 different RMA's, one
for each type.
- All returned items MUST have an RMA number, hence the name
"Return Merchandise Authorization".
- In order for Carb Lite Solutions to
effectively process your RMA request it is essential that you include
everything the product you are returning originally shipped with.
- ALWAYS clearly mark the RMA Number on the
outside of your shipping box.
- If you send multiple RMA's in ONE box, mark each RMA
inside individually and clearly and mark ALL RMA numbers on the
outside of the shipping box.
- Return Shipping Cost (The cost you pay to send an
item back to Carb Lite Solutions) is the same as your cost to drive to
any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Thus, Carb Lite Solutions does not reimburse any
customer return shipping cost.
