Cross-Ship

Carb Lite Solutions allows packages to be cross-shipped if: 1. Customer agrees to pay first. 2. The exact same item or exchanged item is in stock.  All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer. 

Under no condition will Carb Lite Solutions cross-ship any item after 21 days of original invoice date.

 

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable sales tax according to your area's tax rate.  Most products sold by Carb Lite Solutions are considered “food” and thereby are tax free.

 

 

Item Testing

Like any other retailers, all items are shipped as we received from the manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, etc. Carb Lite Solutions does not test or open any item.

 

 

Money Back Guarantee- Return/Refund period

 

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned undamaged, properly stored, and unopen within 21 days from the original invoice date for a refund, except on: immediately perishable goods.  A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.  A RMA number must be requested within 14 days from the original invoice date for a refund. Click here to request an RMA.  A 15% restocking fee may apply.  Customers must inform Carb Lite Solutions of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.  Customer pays return shipping on all services.

 

 

Carb Lite Solutions - SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

 

Carb Lite Solutions offers our customers a 14-day satisfaction replacement, exchange, and/or store credit guarantee on all undamaged, properly stored, and unopen purchases, except on: immediately perishable goods, and/or gift certificates.  A RMA number must be requested within 14 days from the original invoice date for replacement, exchange, and/or store credit. Click here to request an RMA.  No restocking fee applies to exchanges or replacements. Customers are responsible for shipping of all return services. 

 

 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund after 14 days.

 

 

Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Carb Lite Solutions does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. 

 

 

Back Orders

Carb Lite Solutions does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith send to a customer. In that instance we will refund your credit/Debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to your Carb Lite Solutions login to alert you of the situation. Please note that in the rare instance that a backordered item occurs, your order's processing time will not be adversely affected.

 

 

Order Status

Carb Lite Solutions will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number, if applicable, will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check online status page for live updates.

Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been charged. Please send an e-mail to orders@carblitesolutions.com immediately to change your order.  Please always have your order number ready. We will make every effort to change your order in time, but it can not be guaranteed.

 

 

Cancel Order

You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been sent to our processing center.  Please send an e-mail to orders@carblitesolutions.com immediately to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days. We will make every effort to cancel your order in time, but it can not be guaranteed.

 

 

Resellers

Unfortunately, we do not have a reseller or discount program available at this time. Carb Lite Solutions currently already negotiates the best possible price for you, and offers these great discounts to all of our customers through our web site. Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we will immediately post them on our web site for you to take advantage.
Tax: All customers outside of California will not be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.
For California Resellers: please place your first order as normal, and fax over your reseller permit and this form with your S.O number. We will remove all tax from your order. Click here to view and print our reseller tax exemption form.

 

 

Volume Discounts

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer volume or wholesale discounts. Carb Lite Solutions currently already negotiates the best possible price for you, and offers these great discounts to all of our customers through our web site. However, customer comments in regards to their experience with said products are the opinions of the user. The customer opinion reviews are used at the discretion of Carb Lite Solutions as a marketing device for positive and constructive ways to share the benefit of the product. It is not used as a source for negative commentary as we cannot endorse the validity of any negative comment. Therefore, the Carb Lite Solutions site is moderated to remove any unproven biased negative comments. It is not the intention of Carb Lite Solutions to mislead any customer and therefore all purchase decisions should not be solely based on the product review.

 

 

Carb Lite Solutions Purchase Agreement

 

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Carb Lite Solutions ("Carb Lite Solutions"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Carb Lite Solutions agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Carb Lite Solutions. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Carb Lite Solutions.

 

1.      Carb Lite Solutions - SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

 

Carb Lite Solutions offers our customers a 14-day satisfaction replacement, exchange, and/or store credit guarantee on all undamaged, properly stored, and unopen purchases, except on: immediately perishable goods, and/or gift certificates.  An RMA number must be requested within 14 days from the original invoice date for replacement, exchange, and/or store credit.  No restocking fee applies to exchanges or replacements.  Customers are responsible for shipping of all return services.

 

However, to take advantage of Carb Lite Solutions’ return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with Carb Lite Solutions’ Product Return Procedure as below. Any breach of Carb Lite Solutions’ Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of Carb Lite Solutions’ replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

 

Product Return Procedure:

• To return a product based upon Carb Lite Solutions’ replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Please use this link to file for RMA: All RMA must be filed online. Carb Lite Solutions will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 7 days within which return products must be received by Carb Lite Solutions. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
• Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Carb Lite Solutions. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, and any other parts provided by the manufacturer.  If any component of the returned product is missing, Carb Lite Solutions’ Return Procedure will be breached and Carb Lite Solutions will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
• Carb Lite Solutions will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Carb Lite Solutions will assess a 15% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns for refund.

2. WARRANTIES

 

Carb Lite Solutions is a distributor only. Products sold by Carb Lite Solutions are not manufactured by Carb Lite Solutions. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Carb Lite Solutions assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. CARB LITE SOLUTIONS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. CARB LITE SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

 

3.      LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES CARB LITE SOLUTIONS’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. CARB LITE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT.  CARB LITE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT Carb Lite Solutions IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon Carb Lite Solutions until it is accepted; Carb Lite Solutions must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Carb Lite Solutions. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

 

Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Carb Lite Solutions invoice.

 

Title; Risk of Loss: Carb Lite Solutions will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Carb Lite Solutions reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow Carb Lite Solutions to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit Carb Lite Solutions to protect its purchase money security interest.  Carb Lite Solutions will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Carb Lite Solutions will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Carb Lite Solutions and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Carb Lite Solutions and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of California, Orange County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Carb Lite Solutions that is more than ninety (90) days or the legal minimum (whichever is less) after the date of the applicable invoice.

 

Severability:  If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable California law.

 

Waiver: The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

 

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the Carb Lite Solutions’ invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Carb Lite Solutions and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Carb Lite Solutions and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
